Avoiding procreation

O.K. I was trying really hard not to post about this, but it is driving me crazy.

Men's group seeks child support opt-out.

"They had sex. She got pregnant. She sued for child support. Now, he's suing back, claiming that men have a constitutional right to "Avoid Procreation."

Yes they do. It is called keeping it in your pants. 100% safe, she will not get preganant. No little problems that will follow you around calling you daddy.

It takes two to make a baby.

If you have sex it can happen.

Deal with it.

Wait a minute. It takes two to make a baby, but only one has a "choice?"

So, the woman can spread them for the one nighter and then it's totally up to her whether it is a one nighter, or an 80 year-er?

How condescending toward your gender. Your whole point assumes the man controls sex and, therefore, pregnancy.

Birth control is available to both sexes. They both understand that sex leads to procreation. Wait...maybe they don't but with sex education in the schools I HOPE they do. If two consenting adults have sex and a baby is conceived they should both have the option to raise and support it. I think the woman is given more control here because it is SHE who carries the child.

These discussions are a perfect example of why all of this PC and gender equality crap is a bunch of hooey. Men are men, women are women, and where I come from if a MAN gets a women pregnant, he accepts responsibility for it. I'm not too fond of all of these situations where the gal won't let the guy see his kid, but still expects him to pay child support, but when it all boils down the guy had the choice whether or not to sleep with her in the first place and usually she's the one stuck raising the kid while all he has to do is write the checks. There's a simple solution to the whole problem, don't sleep with someone unless you're comfortable with the idea of having a child with her, it's always worked for me.

It worked both times, Justin?

Just to clarify.
This is aimed at both parties, not just men.

Not every man who has children becomes a Father. Is this about children or money?

You have no Idea how condescending I can be. And what exactly is the point you are speaking of?
