Random survey

I have been receiving surveys from Fish and Game on where I fish. This is fine with me, I always fill out and return them. I am becoming a bit suspicious tho, about the randomness of the mailings. There must be many thousands of people in MT with fishing licenses. Why do I get this survey four out of the last five months. Am I the only one sending it back? My husband is a licensed fisherman and has NEVER got one. In fact I don't think I know anyone else that has.

Well it is almost three and the snow is still here!
